Phone calls. Save yourself some money.
If you're one of those people who call the office every fifteen minutes asking if various items are out / released, then here is my answer... If you don't have it, it's not yet out. When items arrive here, we ship to our customers on the same day. We do not sit on boxes of stock making you wait for your goods. They are sent out ASAP.
We get dozens of calls a day asking the same question. Already this morning (and we don't actually open for another 10 minutes) we've had six messages left on the answerphone asking if the latest FTD is out. If it was out, you'd have it.
We don't mind you checking up on orders, and we're happy to receive enquiries about products, obviously. But, many of these calls are a waste of both time and money. So, if you're one of those who constantly call, just be patient, or if you have a genuine enquiry, send in an email.
We recently had one guy who made ten calls to place an order. Several to warn us he was actually going to place an order, one to place the order, more calls to check on the status and to enquire when it had been posted. One or two to tell us it hadn't yet arrived, one to tell us it had, then a couple to inform us just how pleased he was with his item!
