Our Annual Memphis City Tour - Birthday Week 2010

Although it's many months away (and with EW09 to come first) we are currently working hard on our annual BW coach tour of the Elvis related sights in Memphis. We have conducted several of these tours now and each time the interest is greater. We've already had a large number of enquiries as to whether we'd be doing our tour in January, and the answer is yes!
This tour is designed to be hard-hitting and if you never get back to Memphis again, you'll leave knowing that you've seen all the major Elvis sights plus many smaller, and less known places. It's an indepth tour lasting 8 hours with a qualified Elvis historian to expertly narrate you through the city with accurate dates and information.
During past tours we have shown fans as many as 65 places connected to Elvis. We always spend time at the Circle G Ranch in Mississippi before working our way back towards the Whitehaven area looking at football fields, various homes, karate schools and Presley hangouts. We'll show you where Elvis and Linda bought the famous Jungle Room furniture, the secret escape route from Graceland, movie theatres, restaurants and party joints. As we get closer to Downtown Memphis you'll see churches, recording studios, and places were Elvis lived, worked, played and shopped.
We also guarantee that you'll "bump into" a few folks that knew Elvis. Our surprise guests will be happy to tell their stories and offer a first-hand account of Elvis in Memphis.
Lunch will be at one of Elvis' own favourite restaurants (we don't believe in just dropping our coach at a KFC). We have arranged for a light lunch at Colettas restaurant, which is were Elvis loved to dine. Not only will you experience the untouched atmosphere of this great place, but you'll be sampling Elvis' preferred dish - barbecue pizza. Yes, you really will be walking in the King's footsteps on our tour!
Towards the end of the afternoon we will not only take you to the Memphian Theatre, but you'll get a short tour of the actual seating area where Elvis loved to show movies - sometimes every night for two straight weeks!
The price for this incredible day of fun, guests, luxury sight-seeing is just £35.00 per person (around US$56.00 / 40 Euros).
